Jason went above and beyond with the presentation of our house by getting an amazing photographer and stager. He hosted several open houses so that as many potential buyers as possible could see our house, which helped it sell fast! Jason is dependable and thorough. We were able to trust in Jason's experience as a relator to help us select the best buyer for our house. The number one thing that lead me to Jason after working with a couple of different agents and getting frustrated with them was that he communicates! I do not buy and sell real estate, its not my job so I am not totally familiar with all of the rules and routines etc he explained them and worked with me to understand what I needed to do and when. He never told me I could not go view a home where other agents did due to contingency and their view that it was a risk the sellers would not likely consider.... He explained the reality of the situation and took me to see the home. Another huge difference is he didn't put me off because of his schedule or other clients when I wanted to view a home. He just sent a team member. This was wonderful to me since I lost a great house earlier due to my agent didn't have time to take me but assured me it would wait a few days- it sold over night. Sincere and helpful. I would definitely recommend working with Jason on buying or selling. He's a gem in a rocky world.
